FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I reserve a conference room?
A: You can visit the Tenant Center to view and reserve conference facilities, or contact your Property Management team for assistance.

Q: How do I request a service call?
A: You can visit the Tenant Center to place a service request, or call our management office at 703.506.4551.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: You can visit Tenant Center to place a service request, or call our management office at 703.506.4551.

Q: Where can my visitors park?
A: The parking garage allows daily parkers. Daily rates will apply.

Q: Where can I park / store my bike?
A: Bicycle parking/storage is located in the garage on the B1 level. A bike waiver will need to be signed before a tenant can gain entry. The waiver can be obtained with the security guard at the front desk, or directly from management office, located in Suite 103.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: Smoking is allowed outside and 25 feet away from the front entrance of the building.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Unfortunately, space heaters are not permitted at the building due to the additional electrical load they draw and potential fire concerns. Please let the management team know if you are experiencing hot or cold conditions, and we can adjust your space temperature as needed.

Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: All requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the Tenant Center at least 24 hours in advance of the desired time-frame.
